Workflow library​

Workflows are cloud-hosted pipelines that process AVITI System data for analysis, file conversion, and other post-sequencing activities. Workflows are pre-configured for use in ElemBio Catalyst for easy launch. Element and associated partners have developed a range of verified workflows to guide you seamlessly from sample preparation to actionable insights.

Element verified workflows are tested and optimized by the Element bioinformatics team to reduce the time and cost of developing custom pipelines.

  • Assigmnment Workflows: To process raw data from AVITI systems such as FASTQ generation, ElemBio Cloud offers assignment workflows for fundamental NGS data analysis. Basic workflows are included with any ElemBio Catalyst subscription.

  • Premium workflows for sequencing secondary analysis ElemBio Catalyst offers highly accurate and efficient secondary analysis workflows for whole genome sequencing and enrichment panel applications. Premium workflows are only available on ElemBio Catalyst with an add-on.
