Element Software Tools

AVITI System data processing pipeline includes two key software tools, Bases2Fastq and Cells2Stats, which transform raw data from AVITI Systems. The software required to process raw data depends on the type of run.

For use with AVITI Cloudbreak and Trinity sequencing runs:

• Bases2Fastq processes sequencing data and converts high-quality base calls into FASTQ files. Converts sequencing data into FASTQ files, enabling downstream bioinformatics analysis.

For use with AVITI24 Teton™ CytoProfiling runs:

• Cells2Stats processes cytoprofiling data, generating detailed statistical outputs as parquet files that provide insights into cell populations and gene expression patterns.
