Element Software Tools

AVITI System data processing pipeline includes two key software tools, Bases2Fastq and Cells2Stats, which transform raw data from AVITI Systems. The software required to process raw data is based on on the run type and customer output requirements.

For use with AVITI Cloudbreak and Trinity sequencing runs:

• Bases2Fastq processes sequencing data and converts high-quality base calls from sequencing and cytoprofiling runs into FASTQ files, which enables downstream bioinformatics analysis.

For use with AVITI24 Teton™ CytoProfiling runs:

• Cells2Stats processes cytoprofiling data and generates detailed statistical outputs as parquet files that provide insights into cell populations and gene expression patterns.
