CytoCanvas™ is a desktop application for Mac and Windows that complements AVITI24™ Teton™ CytoProfiling as a powerful cell visualization tool. You can pinpoint the locations of specific proteins and RNA transcripts, visualize cell segmentation, and assess experimental conditions with precision. Whether you are studying complex cellular structures or comparing experimental outcomes, CytoCanvas provides an interactive interface that makes understanding your data both efficient and engaging. Use CytoCanvas to:

• Explore spatially-resolved cytoprofiling data from a single flow cell view.
• Visually assess protein and RNA localization within segmented cells.
• Customize multi-channel images for publication and presentation.
• Load and explore cytoprofiling data locally or from Amazon S3.
• Resume previous sessions using workspaces, which preserve your view state and loaded data across sessions.

CytoCanvas 1.4.9 is backwards compatible with visualization output from Cells2Stats 1.3.x and adds native support for the new Cells2Stats spatial data output format, enabling visualization of spatially-resolved transcript and boundary data at scale.
