Multimodal Pooled Screening run overview
Understand the end-to-end path of a Cytos™ Multimodal Pooled Screening (3' + OPS) run, from design to analyzed results.
What a multimodal pooled screening run captures is on the multimodal pooled screening overview.
Experimental workflow
Every MPS run moves through the following four stages. Design, planning, and monitoring each have a page in this section. Analysis continues in the Cytos Cell Screening workflow.
| Stage | Where it happens | What happens | Page |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1. Design | ElemBio Cloud Custom Designer™ | You add the Guide RNA, 3' Transcriptome, and optional protein modules to a design, supply your guide RNA library inputs, and publish the design. | Create a custom design |
| 2. Plan | ElemBio Cloud Planned Runs | You select the published design, the well layout, and upload a run manifest, and then save the planned run. | Set up a planned run |
| 3. Run | AVITI24™ System | The instrument executes the planned run and reports metrics that you monitor in real time. | Run monitoring metrics |
| 4. Analyze | ElemBio Cloud & Agent Analysis | Run data uploads to your storage connection, and analysis produces the per-cell count matrices and the Spatial Data Object. | Cytos Cell Screening workflow |
A published design is required before you can plan a run, and a planned run is required before a connected AVITI24 System can launch it. You cannot skip or reorder the first three stages.
