Whether you are studying complex cellular structures or comparing experimental outcomes, CytoCanvas provides an interactive interface that makes understanding your data both efficient and engaging. Analyze multiomic data and visualize high-resolution cell images with features including:

• Group, visualize, and compare individual cells.
• Add and remove visual channels for cell organelles (Golgi bodies, mitochondria, etc.) that are profiled by AVITI24.
• Add and remove visual channels for localized proteins and transcripts, which are all displayed within cell boundaries.
