CytoCanvas Studio™ adds the following features and improvements. This release requires visualization output from Cells2Stats™ 2.0.0 or later.

Cell groups: Upload a cell group file to classify cells into named categories and view them as colored overlays on the flow cell. Import an exported cell selection as a cell group without editing the file.
Cell selections: Use the lasso tool to select a region of cells, save the selection, and export the selected cells as a CSV file.
3' transcriptome: Visualize 3' transcriptome data from Cytos™ Multimodal Pooled Screening or Cytos 3' Transcriptome runs.
Cytos Protein: Display Cytos Protein targets from immunofluorescence imaging, including fixed panels and custom proteins.
Demo datasets: Load new Cytos demo datasets directly in CytoCanvas Studio.

Morphology controls: Updated morphology controls let you show or hide Cell Paint channels, set contrast, match intensity across channels, and compare each target with the red or green background image.
Guide RNA: Guide RNA targets appear in a Guide RNA filter so you can map them across the flow cell.
Zoom: Set an exact viewport position and zoom level so you can return to the same field of view.
