Element Index Sequences

PhiX Control libraries, Elevate libraries, and LoopSeq for AVITI libraries include Element index sequences, which are listed in the subsequent pages. The Elevate Workflow supports two chemistry versions, each with a distinct index set:

  • Version 1 prepares and circularizes a linear library.
  • Cloudbreak prepares a linear library for onboard circularization.
