Basic Workflows

ElemBio Cloud offers publicly available Assignment Workflows for fundamental NGS data analysis to process raw data from AVITI Systems, such as FASTQ generation. Basic flows can be configured with compatible cloud providers to launch automatically when sequencing and cytoprofiling runs are complete.

Premium Workflows for Sequencing

ElemBio Cloud offers highly accurate and efficient secondary analysis flows for whole genome sequencing and enrichment panel applications.

Workflow Library

Workflows are cloud-hosted pipelines that process AVITI System data for analysis, file conversion, and other post-sequencing activities that have been pre-configured for use. Element and associated partners have developed a range of verified workflows to guide you seamlessly from sample preparation to actionable insights.

Element verified workflows are found in the Workflow Library and are tested and optimized by the Element bioinformatics team in order to reduce the time and cost of developing custom pipelines.
