Run fields

| AVITI OS | Sequencing | The AVITI OS version operating the instrument during the run |
| B1-B8 | Cell screening | Batches in the cell screening run, in numerical order |
| Cartridge | Cell screening | Cartridge type of a cell screening run |
| Cell Confluency | Cell screening | Percent of flow cell surface area that is covered by cells |
| Cell Count | Cell screening | Number of cells that are identified in cell segmentation |
| Connection ID | Sequencing and cell screening | Unique identifier that the instrument assigns to the storage connection to transfer data from the instrument |
| Created By | Sequencing and cell screening | Name of the team member who creates the planned run |
| Expanded Z | Cell screening | If Yes and used for the run, this setting increases the depth of imaging in the z-dimension for cells with increased height or a tendency to form dense colonies. |
| Expires On | Sequencing and cell screening | Expiration date for a consumable, written as yyyy-mm-dd |
| Index 1 | Sequencing | The number of cycles in the Index 1 read |
| Index 2 | Sequencing | The number of cycles in the Index 2 read |

| No. Batches | Cell screening | Number of batches in the run |
| No. Wells | Cell screening | Number of wells in the flow cell consumable |
| Operator | Sequencing and cell screening | Name of the person who set up the run on the instrument |
| Output Location | Sequencing and cell screening | The output location of the run output data. If the run data was sent to a cloud location, the data output will be a URL path. If the data was moved to another location, the link might not work. |
